Dr. Luke Fruchey

Two Rivers Dental Care is owned by Dr. Luke Fruchey, a West Little Rock native who is grateful to have fulfilled his lifelong dream of moving back to West Little Rock to own his own practice. He plans on being here to care for his patients for the rest of his career.

Dr. Fruchey is a graduate of Little Rock Christian Academy, Ouachita Baptist University and University of Alabama at Birmingham's dental school. He and his wife Hailee have three young children, Ivy, June and Kemp.

In addition to general family dentistry, Two Rivers Dental Care offers Smile Design, Invisalign, dental implants, Zoom whitening and more.

Dr. Fruchey has a personal approach to treatment and takes the time to answer questions, while also maintaining a goal to execute every detail with the highest standard of excellence, no matter the treatment.

Preventative Care

Preventive dentistry is the practice of caring for one's teeth to keep them healthy. This helps to avoid cavities, gum disease, enamel wear, and more.

Teeth Whitening

Tooth Whitening, also known as dental bleaching, is a common procedure in dentistry to restore or improve the natural color of teeth. We offer a 2-hour session in person, or a quick in-person scan and a home delivered kit that you'll receive within 10 days.

Children's Dentistry

Dr. Fruchey in Little Rock, Arkansas has the knowledge to make children comfortable during their dental visits. Using the latest in comfort and technology, Dr Fruchey recommends your child seeing the dentist as soon as teeth begin showing.

Extractions

A dental extraction is the removal of teeth from the mouth. Extractions are performed for a wide variety of reasons, but most commonly to remove teeth which have become un-restorable through tooth decay, periodontal disease or dental trauma; especially when they are associated with toothache.

Composite Fillings

Commonly known as white fillings, composite resin is a filling material designed for aesthetic dental restorations. Formulated to resemble the color of your natural tooth, composite resin is often used for filling dental cavities or for dental bonding front teeth.

Invisalign

Invisalign uses a series of clear, custom aligners to gradually straighten your teeth—without brackets, wires or lifestyle interruptions. It’s a comfortable, discreet way for teens and adults to achieve a healthier, more confident smile.

Crowns & Bridges

Both crowns and most bridges are fixed prosthetic devices. Unlike removable devices such as dentures, which you can take out and clean daily, crowns and bridges are cemented onto existing teeth or implants, and can only be removed by a dentist.
