This membership club is a savings plan and is not considered insurance. Membership is only available to patients that do not have insurance and are considered self-pay. The discounts are available through Two Rivers Dental Care only and not associated with any other provider. You will receive up to a 15% discount on all work performed at Two Rivers Dental Care with the exception of Invisalign Treatment. Your VIP membership will provide you with your discount and benefits for twelve months from the date of purchase. There are no roll-overs, refunds, or transfers of the membership allowed. When you sign up for the VIP Club, each new member will receive a free Sonicare toothbrush. This is a sign on bonus and is only provided once per patient. While we can provide treatment same day with no waiting periods, please understand that this is subject to schedule availability. You may be required to schedule bigger treatments on a separate date. Please note that the standard membership allows for two cleanings per year. If a patient has Periodontal disease, our Perio Membership is required and includes four cleanings per to maintain proper hygiene. The membership activation fee is only due when initially signing up for VIP. If your membership expires and you renew it within 6 months of the expiration date, you will not have to pay the activation fee again. If the membership expires and you renew after 6 months from your expiration date, you will have to pay the activation fee again.
